PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS OF SERVICE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY DATINGSHOOT.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DatingShoot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

Service Description

DatingShoot provides AI-powered photo generation services primarily intended for use on dating platforms. Users can create AI-generated photos for personal profile use.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DatingShoot. By using our service, you confirm that you are over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

When using DatingShoot, you agree to:

  • Only upload photos of yourself for which you have explicit consent
  • Not create images of individuals without their written consent
  • Not use the service to generate inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Obtain necessary permissions before using generated photos on dating platforms

Consent and Photo Usage

You confirm that:

  • You have the right to use any photos you upload
  • You have obtained necessary permissions from individuals in uploaded photos
  • You understand generated photos are for personal use
  • You will not use generated photos to impersonate real individuals

No Guarantee of Dating Platform Acceptance

DatingShoot is not responsible for:

  • Any dating platform's decision to accept or reject generated photos
  • Account bans or restrictions on third-party platforms
  • Any consequences arising from using generated photos on external platforms

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally accepted, so long as the refund request is both:

  • Received within 48 hours of purchase
  • The user has not downloaded any of the AI generated photos

Additional photo packs purchased beyond the initial package are not eligible for refund. Once a user purchases an additional photo pack, they signal they are content with their initial purchase and relinquish their right to request a refund for both their initial purchase AND the additional photo pack.

DatingShoot reserves the right to use discarded AI generated photos (when a user refunds) in marketing materials. We will never use your real, training photos for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

  • Users own the AI-generated photos created through our service
  • DatingShoot retains a license to use generated images for service improvement and marketing purposes

Limitation of Liability

DatingShoot is not liable for:

  • Misuse of generated photos
  • Consequences on third-party platforms
  • Any damages arising from photo generation or usage
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in Indiana.
